I dated a black woman two decades ago, and I had no issues. There is a base canard in the black community that white men are deficient in — ahem! — certain areas. I proved to her satisfaction that this was not the case.

Ahhmm....as far as that particular activity is concerned, I think the differences between the races are way exaggerated. I think it's more in the mind and has more to do with doing something "taboo" or different than anything else.
