Let me get this straight; A 14 year old gets criminally charged for insulting blacks? As if the situation would be the same if a black kid said "all whites leave the store."
I guess the reputation NJ has as being a POS of a state to reside in is well deserved.

Yes, but some supposed “church group” can go to the funerals of our fallen Marines and yell insults about God hating fags, etc. Seems like this girl should have freedom of speech as well.
