Arguably, yes, that person would (unfotunately) be Constitutionally eligible to be President. Plenty of people are Constititionally eligible to be President, who would (and should) never be elected.

C’mon. You’re hedging with that “arguably.”

You make a claim, then when challenged you couch your response so you have wiggle room.

You clearly don’t believe your original statement, in post 33, “Many would argue (myself included) that any native-born citizen is a natural born citizen,” do you?
