That is a non-binding Senate resolution. It’s meaningless. It doesn’t affect Obama’s eligibility. True, how ever it does reiterate the two citizen parents language that previous SCOTUS decisions have used.
You have to wonder why obama's situation wasn't addressed in a similar fashion.
