Mr Rogers, it is without question that Barak Obama’s father, Barak Obama Sr was born in Kenya, a British protectorate, Obama (Barry Soetoro), admits this in his own published books. Therefore Obama/Soetoro cannot be a natural born citizen by his own admission. The fact that Cheney illegally did not ask for dissent before counting electoral votes, does not make it legal. The fact, that there are 2 different certificates signed by Nancy Pelosi, and endorsed by Howard Dean, does not make him an NBC because he said so. The fact that 50 state secretaries did not do their job and confirm his eligibility does not grant him NBC status. The fact that our court systems play fast and loose with not granting discovery, does not make him a NBC, nor does the fact that SCOTUS will not hear the facts, qualify him. This protest did not happen AFTER he was elected. It happened when he was running. He was ramrodded in, and our elected representatives will not listen to their constituents. Lucas Smith has placed into States Evidence a Birth Certificate from Kenya, along with an Affidavit with the court systems, Cook refused to allow him to even speak, or become part of the court record. AJUS visited him, and the case was dropped. The Elephant in the room, nobody wants to recognize is that he is not an NBC by his own admission, and his first act as President was to seal his records from everyone.

Incorrect. You apparently are using a different definition of NBC than what all the states, Congress etc are using.

No comment on Nancy Pelosi filing two different documents with the DNC, which were sent to the SOS of those states?

No comment on the fact that they ALL stated that they took those statements as fact and did not check further? They did not do their jobs.

No comment that there exists in States Evidence Obamas KBC and an affidavit of authenticity, that has not been addressed?

I always find it humorous that many people choose to only reply to PART of a posting, ignoring the bulk of information, and if left unanswered, tends to just “go away”
In the end, its a matter of IF the American people just accept it, or find a way to make our elected officials responsible to the electorate, and if that remedy is not available, fix it so it is.
Bottom line to most people is this IMO, Obama is not qualified to be President, and as such, will not dictate to our military, or its people. He is beholden to this country and its people. His first sworn duty is to uphold the constitution from all enemies both from abroad, and in this country, and that include HIMSELF. The law, and its people, and the spirit, as well as the law, apply to him, and it should be important to him for the unity of the US, if for no other reason.
