If he based all his hopes on being charged with disobeying a lawful order in the hope that he can somehow link it with Obama then it looks like he did miscalculate. He’s being charged with missing movement and conduct unbecoming. Two charges the Army will have no problems convicting him of without Obama entering into it at all.
