Don’t have to. It doesn’t matter. What matters is that all 50 states accepted him for the ballot.

He has, to the satisfaction of 50 states, the Electoral College, and Congress. He is NOT required to provide that proof to each individual in the military.

It goes to the issue of the DNC committing election fraud in order for BO/BS to illegally hold office since the version that omits the Constitutional requirement violates Article 2 Section 1. An illegal act invalidates the process and confirms BO/BS does not legally hold office. Consequently the burden of proof is on BO/BS.

He is NOT required to provide that proof to each individual in the military.

He has to prove he meets the natural born citizenship requirement in Article 2 Section 1.
