Lots. My sister works at the Post Office and tells me of the welfare queens coming to get their checks. Some get over 60k.
What state are you in? I’d be very surprised if the yearly welfare benefits were over 60k.
How does your sister know how much people get in their check in the mail?
And how many people actually still get a check? They have direct deposit and EBT benefits on ATM cards.
That reminded me of the best laugh-at-the-media moment I ever experienced.
I was living in Southern California after the Rodney King Riots. The rioters burned down their own post office in Watts. When the first of the month rolled around, the Los Angeles Times reported on the latest "crisis" facing the community:
With the Post Office gone, residents don't know where to go to pick up their paychecks. No kidding. Every article that covered this "crisis" referred to it as their "paycheck". Sick liberals.
Decadence in action. If you pay people to do nothing, then naturally that is what they will do and this is the attitude they will exhibit. The only problem is that not everyone can receive like this. In the end someone has to pay. Oh that would be me, wouldn’t it?
