Section 414.095 proscribes a monthly benefit of $919.00 for a family of thirteen. That's $11,020.00 a year. For a family of thirteen.
Care to tell me how you came up with a figure of 60k?

Not only direct welfare (TANF) but Section 8, often WIC, ...there’s more, I just don’t know it all.
They don’t just live, they live large. They and children have better stuff than we ever dreamed of having, because we don’t get it handed to us.
I’m one of the providers, they are the takers.
