It certainly might not get to Hussein, particularly if a quiet separation is the plan. But would Hussein (or his handlers) really want a court martial here?

It doesn’t matter what they want. The military will handle it internally. If a court martial is needed, it will be convened and the issue of Obama’s birth certificate will never come up.
From an excerpted part of the article: “Phil Cave, a retired Navy judge advocate general who now practices military law as a civilian, believes birther groups are hoping that a court-martial of a servicemember will permit them to use discovery to uncover documents to help their case. He told Military.com last week that no military, appellate or federal court will give defense attorneys that right of discovery.”

A court martial is not about Obama, it will be about Lakin refusing orders, PERIOD.

Really? Not inside *or* outside the courtroom?

It never dawns on you Obama suck-ups and trolls that Lt. Col. Lakin CAN’T follow orders.

He has sworn an oath to the Constitution. He CAN’T follow illegal orders. He has tried to follow orders. He tried to get confirmation from his superiors who then referred him to his representatives. His representatives referred him back to the Pentagon. Nobody can answer his question.
