Questions before coming to a conclusion:

Does the FBI routine destroy files as a matter of housecleaning? Do/did they have a file on Stanley Anne? Is that one extant? Five years is not a long time to keep records before destruction.

Need to do some snooping, I guess.

Lst thought....maybe this is a parsing excercise. Perhaps the paper file was destroyed, but microfilmed files exsist.
