You think that if a terrorist sets a low yield nuclear weapon of in NYC killing tens of thousands, that Congress and the American people wouldn’t be screaming for blood, and Obama would block any attempts to go to war?
Obama wouold ignore the screaming of Congress and the people. He would say that there is no reason to react drastically. He would ask what we did to make the attacker angry.
