Atheist campaigner Richard Dawkins RICHARD DAWKINS, the atheist campaigner, is planning a legal ambush to have the Pope arrested during his state visit to Britain “for crimes against humanity”.
Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens, the atheist author, have asked human rights lawyers to produce a case for charging Pope Benedict XVI over his alleged cover-up of sexual abuse in the Catholic church.
The pair believe they can exploit the same legal principle used to arrest Augusto Pinochet, the late Chilean dictator, when he visited Britain in 1998.
The Pope was embroiled in new controversy this weekend over a letter he signed arguing that the “good of the universal church” should be considered against the defrocking of an American priest who committed sex offences against two boys. It was dated 1985, when he was in charge of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, which deals with sex abuse cases.

Though I am aware about the illuminati and some of it’s history I certainly didn’t tie it in with Jesuits or I just forgot as I looked at them many several years ago. And th association with Masonary doesn’t surprise me.....I am fast coming to believe the catholic church history has far more to do with political and interantional affiliations than that of the gospel....the real money is used for investments and a host of other political manuevers. It gets more interesting the more I look into it.
No wonder Rome is called a state with all the inner workers at the vatican to make up the leadership.. actually of a country...it’s just done in the name of religion up front...but it’s holdings and influence appears to go smack dap into the political arena on a world wide basis. Very interesting indeed.

He is not talking any of which you say...you might of read the encyclical but you have failed to comprehend what he is truly saying.

As they say, the flak is worst when you are right over the target. The Church is taking hits because Benedict has tightened and corrected. The Church is waking up about speaking against abortion- and those who support the idea of “choice.” The Church is swinging back toward orthodoxy and the devil is not pleased.
I once asked a holy, old priest who gave his entire adult life for our parish how he kept from worrying about the future of the Church: he gently but firmly told me he didn’t worry about the Church at all because “the Holy Spirit is still guiding the Church.”
This is a wonderful time of cleansing and purification for our Church. The older generation of fruit loops who were ordained in the 60’s are retiring and the young priests we are ordaining today are full of orthodox zeal. They are here to be servants of Christ and intend to do His work without society’s praise.
It is a great time to be Catholic: even those of us lucky enough to be born in the U.S. can suffer the small martyrdom of humiliation for Christ’s sake. The lukewarm are leaving and the Church is shaking the dust off it’s sandals and setting its face like flint. We are so much better off without all those people who say they are Catholic, but are not adults in their understanding of the faith.
It will be a smaller, more holy Church! Just as it was after Judas left.
Secularists ultimately cultivate rules and conditions that define morality and acceptable behavior which ironically is the ultimate product of religion.
In the case of Dawkins, he is the god of his propositions and those that support him are his disciples.
My Faith is with Christ, and my understanding of Christ was provided by the Roman Catholic Church. No imperfections of the Church’s administrators affect the nature and meaning of Christ’s message communicated by the Church.

You're right.
It's impossible to control the behavior of every person connected with every organization. The best an organization can to is put a stop to it and deal with the perpetrator as soon as they find out.
While the act itself can reflect badly on the organization, their reaction in dealing with it is more what they should be judged by than whether the molestation occurred.
If people are going to condemn the Catholic Church because some priests molested some children, then they need to spend equal time condemning every single other organization for the molesters in them. No singling out one group.
Essentially, condemn everyone in the entire world.

And you've now been shown many instances of Ratzinger's support for globalism. And yet this evidence seems to have had little impact. Pity.
FWIW, this dangerous encyclical, which in an enemy of all free people and republics, goes beyond any religious debate. Roman Catholics can believe whatever goofy superstitions they want when it comes to Sunday services. But when Rome oversteps its bounds, as Rome has always done, into the world of politics and human rights and geopolitical posturing which works to destroy the sovereignty of the United States, then Rome becomes the enemy.
Ratzinger's "global authority" encyclical is a frightening scenario for anyone who desires to live in a free republic.

One last thing..Pope Benedict is calling for a REFORM of the UN etc...Every Catholic knows the UN holds many agendas contrary to the Catholic Church and has an anti-life agenda.
He says...

Pope Benedict is calling for a true family of diverse cultures, supporting one another in a spirit of solidarity, generosity and true freedom based on charity in truth and justice that upholds the common good. HE IS NOT CALLING FOR A SINGULAR POWER TO EXERCISE TOTAL CONTROL OVER EVERY ASPECT.

Funny how easy it is to fill in the blanks, there, with something different.
I am not excusing the pedophiles, just saying they are everywhere, destroying much, and are often not better dealt with in a secular setting either.
The attack on the Pope and the Church comes on the heels of the refusal by the Vatican (ongoing) to allow homosexual 'marriage', the refusal to condone abortion, to ordain known gay clergy, etc.
For nearly 2000 years, the Church has stood in the way of such except when corrupted by those doing Satan's work, and those are to be found everywhere, in every denomination, and are even more common where the guiding hand of Christ is not present.
The sad comment is that today they are so prevalent outside the Church they freely attack it.
Where, but in this fight, do we see so many align themselves with the servants of Satan to attack such a bastion of faith as the Church, using the evil acts of a few to attack the many?
Other sects of Christianity are giving ground, ordaining "celibate" homosexuals, "marrying" homosexuals, walking away from what has been Christian doctrine for millennia to suck up to the sorts of people who are attacking the Catholic Church, proclaiming the mote in the Vatican's eye while they have a beam in their own.
Well I don't think I can agree that the catholic denomination has any more right to call itself closest to Christ's wishes than those from other denominations who could say that very thing as well....in FACT I am certain some would say they are closest. So this really is a personal belief.
You said you would punish the individual who did the crime....yes, of course... which is what I think has so many disturbed about the catholic churches handling of the matter...and you know the arguments so I won't get into them. It's the idea men were shuffled around and the crime hidden...and while doing so more became victims...so the catholic leadership is then seen as enabling the criminals who did and do this. Though I understand the current pope has attempted to do more than most.
Actually our faith is in Christ first and foremost and rests in Him alone... and even he said not to trust men...and it is they who operate the church of every denomination. So again if this was happening in my church and went unaddressed I would be out of there and my kids with me.....no child should be sacrificed on the alter of any-ones church preference.
Ratzinger's "reform of the U.N." is to strengthen the U.N.
Yeesh. What hope is there for this republic if "conservative" Roman Catholics don't see the trainwreck heading straight for this country?
One other thought.. while leftist media outlets want the RC Church to confess and admits various sins, how about the atheists taking responsibility for the crimes committed by atheist governments; or for advocating eugenics. I am sure we could come up with a long list of crimes committed by those who hold the religion of Dawkins and Hitchens.
