Go for the double wide until you can afford brick and mortar. Been there done that. Glad I did. One paid for brick at a time looks mighty fine from the front porch of the prefab. You have youth on your side... go for it but be smart! Plus, once the house is built, you can sell the trailer!

Err... I cannot put a trailer on the land... That clause was in the deed, along with my own that stipulated there had to be water of sufficient quality and quantity. I am a shade away from 50... but thanks for the compliment... You made my day! :)
