You would have to have support for that from a huge number of Social Democrats in Congress who think the Kenyan’s psychopathology is useful.

Good question! In most states, a person can be evaluated by a county MHP, (mental health professional) if a person is thought to be in danger of harming himself, others, or is gravely disabled. I don't know about you, but I feel we are in the others category and are in danger of being harmed by The One. So when is he going to have his MHP eval?
