However, there is no reason to discount 0bamao allowing certain entities within the borders to inflict damage upon his perceived enemies. There is no reason why 0bamao would not be internally “pleased” to see a surge in domestic terror from once dormant jihadis or Latin loose cannons such as MS-13. He could deflect and seek a modified form of martial law to “protect” the general population. A significant portion of the population would accept his “good intentions” and not question his motives.
