From Acts 2:16 where Peter Quotes from Joel Chapter 2 from the Old Testament:
16 .... this (Meaning the outpouring of the Holy Spirit which began on Pentecost -but is happening in our day in a bigger way) is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:
