Every pic of that cretin is spooky. He looks either crazed, evil or in a drug-induced state.

Why does it surprise me everytime I see Obama with that evil glare of his? And oddly, it seems only when he’s raising a glass of wine or something. Remember that one of him behind a podium or something. He looks downright demonic in that picture and this one.
