In the case of the presidency, that person is impeached and removed from office, and the vice-president becomes president.

Impeached on what grounds, the choices are limited to:

Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors

Which one of those is "not eligible"?

Fraud is defined as the intentional misrepresentation of material existing fact made by one person to another with knowledge of its falsity and for the purpose of inducing the other person to act. A felony in many states and certainly an impeachable offense.
