The SCOTUS and the lower courts have shown ZERO interest in this ‘case’. They have not, nor will they, touch it.

Its not a matter of interest, someone has to bring them a case they can hear.

The courts are clearly prejudiced against the dental profession...perhaps if a good diesel mechanic or Wal-Mart greeter would resubmit some of these cases, they might start making their way through our judicial system.
