What should happen to a guy who became president because he committed forgery and perjury? What should happen to a guy who in the very act of swearing to uphold the Constitution in his oath of office is committing perjury because he knows he himself is an enemy of the Constitution committing treason by making the oath?

He should be impeached, removed, and prosecuted. But that can't be done on your opinion alone. Proof is nice.

What should happen when that happens?

Biden would become president.

Oh yes proof would be nice wouldn’t it, and the only reason proof has not been provided is that Obama and the State of Hawaii are using every legal means at their disposal to prevent the proof from ever reaching a courtroom.

Sadly that is not the most effective way of disproving his critics, in fact it is the least effective and has cost millions of dollars that could have been saved by a simple $12 request for a certified copy of the original document....

And yet we are lead to believe that this drama is meant to cause his detractors to look like fools while he skirts the issue, how long does that work any way?

How many years do you get to hide your origins before it backfires on you?

Remember the Nixon Tapes? there is a perfect example of how eventually even a president cannot hide the truth, and every attempt to hide the truth that he made eventually rebounded upon him.

Biden would become president.

Perhaps. If the de facto president were ruled ineligible, that would mean a President had never qualified. Under the 12th and 20th amendments, the Vice President is to act as President until a President shall have quallified. Then the House would need to select a President from the 2 highest Presidential electoral vote recipients. That woudl be McCain. Then we'd have to go 'round the circle again to determine if McCain was eligible, as there would be certain to be challenges to that.
