“He should not throw away his career for this.” What are you willing to shed in the name of principle?
Perhaps this is his way of “...foreign or domestic.” ?

“The decision whether or not to follow deployment orders is not the proper forum to address the birth certificate issue.”
But unlike every other case decided to date, it would seem that this officer actually has an indisputable standing to sue. The harm to him of Obama’s ineligibility is not hypothetical, but neither does it apply to 300 million Americans. I myself may not be brave enough to risk a career in this fashion, but I think a man who does should be commended rather than criticized. That said, I’m no legal beagle, so I don’t know how strong a case he really has.
Plenty.
Those who believe in the integrity and
preservation of our Constitution and
Article 1, Sect. 2.
“A doctor told me that what he may be hiding is his legal race.”
That’s worth $1-2 million? Wow! He’s already owned up to his mulatto status, not to mention many unflattering details about his father. He had no control over how his mother listed him and today clearly self-identifies as Black. A case could be made, I suppose, that he feared that he’d lose some of the 92% Black vote he got had he let this news out before the election. But once it was over, what harm would there have been in coming clean? This doesn’t seem like a likely explanation.
I see. So the failure of the Pres__ent to merely produce a certified copy of his birth certificate, thus fulfulling a Constitutional requirement, makes the rest of us crazy?
Sure makes sense to me.

Pretty pathetic when a so called conservative makes fun of a decorated miltary man who is risking his entire career to stand up for our constitution. What are you doing to preserve and protect our constitution from runaway marxists and liars, ES?
And you would know whom I’m following ... HOW ???
He’s making a big mistake.
Catch 22 then.
Okay, let’s see what’s in his past.
IIRC, yes he is. Thank you for reinforcing my point. Have you seen the polls that neary 1/3 to 1/2 of the people in this country have doubts about Mr. Obama's eligibility to hold the office he currently occupies? Are you saying that 100-150 million Americans are insane or retarded?
The colonel will be throwing away what appears to be a distinguished career but will have no chance of winning or forcing the birth certificate issue.
