How ‘bout those crazy Asians. Huh?

Boy, layin’ around on welfare all the time....

Oh wait! They don’t do that. And they’re neither Jewish nor Christian.

And then there’s that guy who runs our local convenience store. Dude works from morning till night - every day.

Muslim, I believe.

You seem to think I'm trying to restrict the trait to specific ethnic groups or religions on the basis of some kind of bias.

But, fact is, there IS a term: Judeo-Christian work ethic. I didn't invent it. I just applied it in support of your assertion. And there's no claim of exclusivity.

Yet, you get all snarky with me...

That guy running your local convenience store, especially if it is a 7-Eleven, is most likely Hindu, although that’s not a 100% accurate generalization (which is an oxymoron in itself, of course).

Ah yes, once again we can say:

Being liberal never means having to say you're sorry.

No one can defend the racist regime of Rhodesia, but just once it would be nice that liberals admit that political power is not the sole impediment to progress of an oppressed people.

Replacing one form of repression with another guarantees no progress will occur, and maybe even make things worse, as illustrated in this column.

But heaven forbid the left is not held to account for their championing of the switch. After all, they claimed, ANY change is better than the status quo.

In this instance that was wrong.
