Is it possible that the Director of Health, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, granted Obama a “Certification of Live Birth” sometime in 2006 or later when he was planning to run for president? Fukino is the only person in the United States to affirm that Obama was born in Hawaii.

Could Obama have submitted 2 “witnesses” statements in 2006 and got a COLB for the first time???
If a man who was born in China I forget his name Sun something or other and still able to get a certification of birth from Hawaii then there is something definitely wrong with Hawaii
