You weren’t understanding my comment. Okubo may have had a brain lapse.

What makes you think she had a brain lapse? The fact that as an official on a Pacific island, she named a huge Pacific island city in the fourth most populous country in the world?

The DOH confirmed that Obama’s COLB does NOT prove he was born in Hawaii.

The DOH said that if a COLB is issued to a person born in a foreign country, it will say that they were born in that foreign country. Obama's COLB does NOT say that he was born in a foreign country. Obama's COLB says he was born in Hawaii. The DOH has confirmed he was born in Hawaii.

You've posited a hypothesis (Obama was born in a foreign country). And the evidence contradicts your hypothesis.

She has a habit of saying some very stupid things.

The fact that as an official on a Pacific island, she named a huge Pacific island city in the fourth most populous country in the world?

She could have picked China, the first most populous country in the world. She could have picked Japan, which is relatively close. She could have said the Philippines. She could have said Mexico, Canada, Australia, New Zealand ... there are a lot of possibilities that would make as much sense. Again, it's interesting that she chose a place in Indonesia when one of Obama's buddies said he was born there.

You've posited a hypothesis (Obama was born in a foreign country). And the evidence contradicts your hypothesis.

Sorry, but this contradictory evidence is flimsy if not outright fraudulent. Obama's COLB has not been confirmed and director Fukino said that Obama's place of birth is confirmed by documents other than the original birth certificate. There's no way to guage the accuracy of this claim. How is her word more accurate than Obama's wife who says Kenya is his home country??
