Yes, the “facts” in both were totally refuted by Mr. Doren and the hit piece on Hannity was also refuted by Charity Navigator.

Just because facts are refuted doesn't mean they are "made up." They could simply be erroneous.

For example, the Moveon morons and Code Pink harpies have been shouting "Bush Lied!" ever since the Iraq invasion. But any semi-conscious conservative knows Bush didn't lie. He was given some British intelligence that later proved to be untrue but that doesn't constitute lying. His "facts" may have been "refuted" but no one has ever said they were "made up."

So, exactly what did Debbie Schlussel "make up?"
