Wasn’t it the intent of the Founding Fathers to keep the Judical Branch as non-political as possible?

Yeah, nice try on their part. It did not work. Just look at the Ninth Circuit Court....God help us. Even the SCOTUS is full of leftist activists....which is a travesty in itself. And we know which side supports the Constitution, don’t we?
Well, I understand what you are saying, but things are not hopless. Far from it. Things are still fixable.
Right now we are facing a test, in part, of just how wise the Founding Fathers were. The other part is how wise and strong we are.
Personally, I’m very optomistic. This may, in fact, be Conservatives finest hour.
