“I have heard that sexual abuse has been known to happen in public schools. If that is true, parents who send their children to such institutions should loose their children.”
The government is working on that. I have nothing to back that statement up, but these days I wouldn’t put it past them.
Public schools are such a pure and perfect system that child abuse would hardly ever happen.
