It is VERY odd that so many African papers have been stating he was born in Kenya. Articles from as far back as his campaign for the IL senate. Either he told them he was born there(he is a pathological liar) or he was and now they are trying to cover it up. I will never believe that Rahm was on safari for 3 weeks in December-January of 2008-09. He was over there bribing and shredding. I wonder how much money is being diverted there every single day to keep their mouths shut.

You will never get a straight answer as to WHY. That is THE answer. He can’t. Obama’s days are numbered but not by the ballot box. God Himself will deal with Obama. He loves His people in the United States and they are seriously beseeching Him for an answer. It will come. In an instant, Obama will be no more. It could be weather related, it could be anything. I really believe only SCOTUS could force this and I don’t believe they will touch the issue. It’s just my opinion. Frankly I would love to be wrong.

I pretty much agree with you. UNLESS some evidence comes to light and they have no choice. I’m not even sure they would do it then. It is the job of Congress and the odds of that are slim and none.

There is no way the SCOTUS can "dethrone" remove, or cause to be removed, the POTUS.

But they could rule that he is not, and never was eligible, and thus was never POTUS.

Only the President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States may be impeached. If he's not President, he can't be impeached. Besides which, is being ineligible Treason, Bribery, another high Crimes or Misdemeanors.

I'm being a little flippant, but it is uncharted territory. The founders neglegeted to say how someone who slips by, but is discovered to have been ineligible, is removed.

It doesn't bother you that he's organized a legal defense fund without having been charged with anything? What happens to all that money if the Army merely retires him or rescinds the order? Are you going to expect him to send you a refund?

No, I will not expect him to return the money. I trust that he is an honest man and will figure out some honest thing to do with it if he doesn't need it. And if I'm wrong, well, I've wasted $20 before.

The Supreme court is not a trier of fact, it is a Judicial Review Court. They apply the Constitution to the judgements of lower courts. When, not if, the case gets ajudicated, you can be sure that the USSC will review the lower courts decision. This case is a Constitutional Crisis, and in the end, not be ignored.

Obama’s eligibilty should have examined at the party level, the state level, the electoral college level, and finally in the senate and in the Congress. The system failed at each of these levels in a rush to elect the first Black US President. In reality, he is merely our first communist/international socialist President elected under the cover of his race.......

We are left with 2 legal recourses. Challanging Obama’s right to be the CIC by military personel, or
persuing a Quo Warrento Suit in the DC District Court.

In either case it will be a hard fought challenge..... especially given that the Left will scream “Racism” at any challenge/success, incite race riots, and thereby set back race relations for decades, if not for the rest of the century....

It is a battle that must be fought, if we are to have any faith in, or reliance upon the Social Contract we call the US Constitution.....
