No, actually it's completely straight forward. Individual terms are limited to two years, but there is no limit on the number of consecutive terms one may serve. That's not hard to understand. It's not mumbo jumbo, a legal parlor trick, or any kind of smoke and mirrors. It's not unusual or remarkable at all with regard to the practices of state and local municipalities nationwide, and it sends the world spinning out of control only for people who willfully refuse to comprehend basic and obvious facts.

I have to ask you then....Why can’t we get a NBC ruling and discovery on Obama? Why wasn’t the 17th amendment thrown out?
“No state without it’s consent...etc.” Why was the 16th ratified when there were less than the required number that approved the language? If these are not examples of attorney/judge games, I don’t know what means what anymore.
