What they're saying is that you can serve an unlimited number of 2-year terms. That would hardly be unprecedented in state and local practice across the country.

The deranged Lt. Commander didn't even serve his arrest warrant for that anyway. If you look at his idiotic documents, he accuses them of being domestic enemies of the United States committing treason.

I mean seriously, go look at the video. Start with the poor young lady he's trying to file this nonsense with. The look on her face says she knows she's dealing with a lunatic. And his oh-so-proud confrontation with Mr. Pettway (sp?). The poor guy tries to be polite with an obvious lunatic and conducts himself with a basic sense of professionalism that should be applauded.

You believe that words “mean” something. The attorneys over the years have explained away clear meanings with legal mumbo jumbo that passes for intelligence in the court system. When the constitution requires something, it does not really require anything at all once it has been massaged by attorneys and judges. If you feel like your world is spinning out of control, I can understand that. Nothing means much of anything anymore. The only thing that matters to the Supreme court is how to allow everything communist and tyrannical to be admitted under the commerce clause.
