I know. Here in Colorado the legislature is trying to pass a law forcing energy producers to convert coal plants to natural gas.
I don’t know the costs per megawatts etc, between a coal fired vs. Nat Gas fired plant. It seems to me NAT GAS would be cheaper, but I culd be wrong.
Either way, I’m no fan of it coming about via legislation.
