If the only way they will pursue "obamacare" is through refund "offsets", then make sure you don't have a refund coming by doing some advance calculations and pay as close as you can get to your actual tax liability, without going over. It would be better to end up owing them a couple hundred on April 15 than handing them your refund because you didn't want their crappy health insurance.
