Justice arrested in Venezuela
Guardian ^ | 3/4/10 | Vaclav Havel

The arrest of Oswaldo Álvarez Paz, a former president of Venezuela's Chamber of Deputies, governor of the Venezuelan state of Zulia, and presidential candidate, should concern the entire world because it demonstrates just how far President Hugo Chávez's regime is willing to stray from democratic norms. Standing silent as democracy atrophies in Venezuela is now not only immoral, but is becoming increasingly dangerous for all of Venezuela's people.

. . .

The arrest is important evidence of the promiscuous abuse of the legal system by Chávez and his functionaries in order to persecute, intimidate, and silence those who criticise his government. It also corroborates reports published by international organisations and institutions such as the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, Human Rights Watch, and Freedom House about the increasing deterioration of political liberties in Venezuela.

Waiting for the outrage from the White House and the State Department.

Still waiting.

World Silence demonstrates a dark, evil, oppressive cloud is enveloping the world. If no one speaks for Venezuela now, don't expect any voices to speak when the cloud passes over your abode!

To put it bluntly, Obama and Holder don’t give a flying fu*k about Chavez’s victims. Nor those of Castro, or Ortega or the FARC/ELN in Colombia.

Once in a while they might say something about respecting human rights, but that is leftist coverup BS and they know it.

Communists cover for communists/socialists/marxists/ progressives. One big happy repressive family - Friends of Obama, no doubt.

Chavez is the fat coked up Heckle to Obama’s skinny coked up Jeckle. Same same.

Chavez is five years ahead of Obama but he is enacting the very same agenda that O and his handlers are planning for us. What you see in Venezuela is exactly where O is going to try and take us.

Just listen to what O and his minions say when they are talking among friends. They are taking us down the very same road and they are quite open about it among themselves.

Man that Heckle and Jeckle analogy will get some in big trouble.

The diff between Hugo and nodumbo is that the Venezuelan people did not have a 2nd Amendment. nobama won’t have the same luck as did Heckle had nor the same length of time.

Reading the post per David Limbaugh’s analysis of nobama’s 2600 word ramble, I am not going to be at all surprised when the afro-indonesian is detained for his own safety or is the first president impeached and convicted. How’d them reparations be then?

Obama would probably say, “Well, he’s the elected President... He can do anything he wants.”

We’ll be seeing a repeat of this soon enough in Kalifornia, in New York, in Indiana, etc. Consider Hugo Chavez a test market, consider the Messiah as the real Stalin!
