China and Russia now know that we will quietly absorb as many nuclear weapons as they care to launch.
Does anyone -- ANYONE -- believe that Obama would launch a retaliatory strike if Russia launched FULL ON at us?

I do not think any of us sane minded people want a nuclear war.
But to see him telegraph our strategic doctrine publicly where our opponents can estimate our level of deterrent is self defeating.
What is he thinking???
