Considering the make-up of Congress... I would say you're asking the wrong person. You need to ask Democrats that question... :-)

Just about anything would get him to be deemed a traitor, if you've got enough votes in Congress.

I really choke over saying this, but Clinton, at the very least, realized that America had a special quality that allowed him to play a little fast and loose without having a firing squad show up in the Rose Garden.
Obama has no such realization. Neither do the people who surround him. I think he and his cohorts really believe they're untouchable (which remind me, why is bill Ayers still walking the streets, and even worse, teaching in a University?)
