And none of this is funny, not one little bit.
I think it's darned funny, if someone thinks that this is going to make the GOP more than a laughing stock for the public....
I seem to remember seeing something from a lawyer one time, saying that he didn't ask a question of someone on the stand in court, unless he knew what the answer was going to be.
In this case, it would appear that you just want the GOP to get up there, pull its pants down and start asking questions that are going to go nowhere and not even get out of committee, considering the make-up of it, and have them paraded around the country in the news as an example of how the GOP thinks, and would run this country.
Sure, that's a winning combination all right.
Here's what you need and it isn't stupid exercises in committees that aren't going to go anywhere. You need to get the GOP to get more people to vote in the elections for our candidates.
Now, that is something that will work, doncha know.
So you are saying that NOTHING can be done until January of next year. We should just lay back and enjoy the ride until then?
Hearings, even minority hearings on issues such as this new nuclear arms policy, would help get GOP canndiates elected.
You think just saying "vote for us" is going to do the job?
