All Blood Gangs in Los Angeles County
There are 88 incorporated cities and dozens of other unincorporated places in Los Angeles County (LAC). In doing this research on the proliferation of gangs within Los Angeles, each of these places were visited in an attempt to not just identify gangs active in Los Angeles, but to determine their territories too.
Through several weeks of field work and research there were a total of 274 Black gangs in 17 cities and five unincorporated areas in Los Angeles County. In this research, both the cities and unincorporated areas are identified as “places,” a term that the U.S. Census uses.

When I grew up - I was a teenager in the 60s - my best friend was black. I often found myself at parties and other places where I was the only white person.
I can tell you that all-black areas were safer then, than they are now.

I was thinking it would either be the Chinese or the Arabs (there's a lot of Islamic proselytizing in South Africa right now) since these two cultures don't have PC hangups right now. The Chinese have the advantage since they are hard workers. The Chinese don't need the native Africans to work the mines, they have enough hard working peasant-types, so they can chase off the Africans.
Actually, most of us have already moved out of Houston proper to the ‘burbs.
