This would indicate that the traditional country club Republicans have lost confidence in Steele. Since actual conservatives had given up on Steele some time ago, it would seem that his support is pretty much nil.
My prediction is that he will be allowed to stick around for a few more weeks to save face and then resign for personal reasons.

It's probably the one closest to the Voyeur Club ~ and that would be what has him upset.

The question then becomes, who do you put in there instead? You need someone who can reliably fundraise and organize, identify political ups and downs in nationwide races, and manage the whole affair competently.
