Precisely. The grandiose settings and imagery of the Third Reich were selected and/or designed to cause the witness to recall the splendor and glory of Imperial Rome at its height. It was all quite effective, and the subliminal message was one of a Ceaser come to start anew the millennium long rule of the "master race".
