Well we can’t see the clouds can we, usually, in he darkness. But this scientist says that the satellite images of the clouds should be published every 30 minutes because these images SHOW where there is going to be an earthquake.

Read the articles for more. I have JUST YESTERDAY come upon this information.

And it is not just for you in California. Earthquakes are happening EVERYWHERE across the world.

God is at work to KEEP these earthquakes from bringing as much damage as they WOULD bring had His Hand not been in control of these events.

Do you not think it’s odd that a 7.2 quake brought almost NO DAMAGE there in California???

God bless you, by the way!

Well the closest California town was Calexico and last I heard 80% of the downtown area is condemned right now due to damage. 2 things saved Calexico, number 1, is was many miles away from the epicenter and number 2, CA building codes in the newer buildings. The old buildings downtown didn’t have current CA earthquake retrofits and they were damaged. Now there were a couple deaths and much damage in Mexicali, but blame most of that on their constrution. Another reason why this quake wasn’t worse is it wasn’t a heavily populated area say like in Haiti. If the quake was say 75 miles closer to San Diego I think there would have been a lot of damage. I’m glad if we had to have such a powerful quake it was out in the desert area where it couldn’t do a lot of damage.

I’m a firm believer in God’s protection.

However, there may be a lot of people who don’t know that CA’s building codes are the most strict in the nation.

Even during the recent SF quake and the Northridge quake .. none of the high rises suffered serious damage - only the buildings that had been built prior to the more stringent standards of today.

So .. I don’t think it’s odd that a 7.2 quake, especially one that’s over a hundred miles away, would cause so little damage in San Diego.

The other thing to consider is the type of quake. There are basically 2 types: Rollers and Shakers. This was a rolling quake .. which is the easiest of the quakes. I’ve been in both types, and the shakers always do the most damage.
