Barry is totally lost without his teleprompter and Axelrod prepared text. About halfway through Barry explains to the people that the country is like a big house with a hole in the roof. Some people are warm, but others are sitting under the hole and get rained on and are just like the uninsured.
This crazy, rambling nonsense makes no sense. New medications? Drunk? Your guess is as good as mine.
And it doesn’t occur to him that the person under the hole in the roof could just move so he doesn’t get rained on?
