That describes all abortion clinics. And I thought legalizing abortion was suppose to prevent filthy, unsafe abortions? It turns out that when they say they want abortion to be "safe and legal and rare" they only really care about keeping it legal. It's never been safe and an innocent American baby is murdered EVERY 24 SECONDS, so it's hardly "rare".
