We were both taken aback, and shared the joy of the moment of meeting a great man, who was also a great leader. I told my husband immediately, and he was as thrilled as I was that the President acknowledged my prayer for him and his beloved wife with a kiss.
At a later date, we both shook hands with President Bush (at a fundraiser for Ken Blackwell), and my sweet, strong husband of more than 30 years handed the President a photo of our son (from Iraq) and the President signed it.
It was another thrilling moment, and our brave, patriotic son wept when we handed the autographed photo to him.
I pray some day you have a marriage as strong and profoundly loving (in every way imaginable) as mine, a faith that is deep, a maturity that goes beyond your years, and that you some day put away these childish insults of things you are too young or stubborn to understand.
I repeat. I would strongly prefer that you not post to me. I will pray for you, but your insulting comments are a complete waste of my time on this forum.
Please at least TRY to fight the right enemy, and leave us conservative activists alone. We need to get things done, and you're getting in the way.
Please thank your son for giving my family another blessed Easter to celebrate the reason for my faith in Jesus Christ and the peace and freedom in this country!May God bless you, dear OhioWfan as we fight to save our Republic!
