Even the Constitution Society makes clear the distinction between the Constitution for the United States and the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.

Does Chief Justice Roberts concur, or is this a fascination of the named society?

I don't know, but would bet that Roberts' staff has consulted the Constitution Society. Take a look; they're the real deal and have been well respected on FR since its inception.
