Secretary of States Project. It was a massive Leftist fundraiser/project in States that are always important in the General election. Getting Democraps into the SOS position would assure any close race would be decided in favor of the Democrat. Example: the Franken win in Minnesota. Ohio also had a Dem SOS who ruled, every time, in favor of the Dems. Despicable but not surprising.
