I’m sure I misspelled the word. It is a political takeover of the government over the will of the people. Demoncraps don’t care about what the people they represent want. It doesn’t matter. So by VOTING THERE PEOPLE IN, they are using their representation to usurp the will of the people. Only 20% or 30% at most want the Obama agenda.

Coups d'état literally means "stroke of State", and refers to a violent sudden overtake of the government. Putsch, as in the Beer Hall Putsch, is the German word for the same event. Also called a coup sometimes.
