This is the guy who has not been a part of the Tea Party movement but co-opted the name for himself to run for the senate in Nevada against Harry Reid. He claims that the Republicans who are running already aren't conservative enough, but meanwhile he seems to only have negative words for Republicans. He has a lot of financial problems, but somehow has money to run for the Senate. However, he hasn't revealed who his source is.

Didn't the REAL TEA Party people put out ads proving this guy was a hack using the Tea Party name for his own advantage, that he hadn't been endorsed by ANY Tea Partiers?? So why is the MSM reporting that he's "The Tea Party of Nevada candidate" like it's a FACT when it isn't????

Can the REAL TEA Party people file some sort of class action suit against this bonehead?? The MSM for slander and libel?
