This is a big one and at this point, almost anything can happen.

50 to 33, and 43 to 33. Yep sound slightly ahead to me. I take it Moore has no chance to win the nomination.

Sparks will beat Dasvis and Byrne will beat Sparks. Alabama will stay Republican, IMO.

“Wide open” if and only if Moore is the GOP nominee.

If this report is true, the American people are finally coming to their senses.

The dems have shown by their leadership and conduct in office that they are communists, Marxists, fascists, left wing radical nutjobs, incompetent, socialists, race baiters, hypocrites, intolerant, and above all, liars.

It seems to be the Republican nomination that is wide open.

The lines are so blurry in Alabama. R’s can morph into D’s, and vice versa. D’s can even camoflauge themselves as R’s, and have done so frequently. It’s really hard to stomach sometimes!

Bradley Byrne the best guy?

According to primary poll (PPP) it’s

Byrne 27%

Moore 23%

Very fractured like IL Gubernatorial Primary

I could see Moore losing the GE.

But otherwise Davis can’t win. (and I think he will win the rat nomination).

Alabama has a primary runoff I believe. Moore will probably lose the runoff if he makes it.

However dems in Alabama can be more conservative than some RINOs in other parts of the country

Definately.

In fact, I think the Black candidate (Davis) is taking heat for voting against Obama's healthcare reform bill in the House.

I’m voting for Byrne.

I’m not from Alabama and don’t know much about the candidates. What is is about Byrne that makes you support him, and do you dislike any of the other Republicans running, or are you just enthusiastic about Byrne?

He just speaks conservatively. I also like Tim James, but I’m trying to stay far away from career politicians right now.

I imagine female voters are going to opt for Byrne most often because of his looks but I’m supporting Byrne too.

Partly its because I’m from the Bay area and want a Bay area governor. I make no bones about that. However, I also think of the current crop he is the best qualified for the job and the most electable.

I do dislike Tim James. I disliked his father. I proudly say I never voted for his father and at least his father actually did something to get there. Tim did it only on his father’s name and there are many people who have had less than optimal experiences with him in doing business. It’s why he’s spent so much money and still can’t get anywhere. It’s him, not the electorate.

Byrne is really the only candidate we have who both can win and who I think could do a good job running the state. I’ve been impressed with Bentley as of late but I’m not convinced he’d do a good job running Alabama.
