Is this not an open forum?

I don't know, I don't make the rules, but I did see this post by Jim Robinson on another thread.

"To: Bob J
I love Palin’s conservatism and patriotism! She may very well support McCain out of loyalty and I have no problem with that. And I have no problem with whom she supports with her PAC. There is nothing written that says she has to do everything (or anything at all) according to JIM.

Sarah is unabashedly pro-God, pro-Life, pro-Liberty, pro-family, pro-America, pro-constitution, pro-gun, pro-limited government and so am I. And she’s wildly popular among the God-loving, Liberty-loving folks with whom I choose to associate. In short, she’s a refreshing breath of clean fresh air in an otherwise putrid failure of a RINO infested party.

She represents my interests better than any other viable wannabe at this point and if she decides to run, she will have my undivided support!!

Romney, the draft-dodging, Big Government, lying statist political whore can KMA!!

And your picture does say a 1,000 words, but Bob, unfortunately they’re all about YOU and political whores like you and the results and likely outcome of your slavish, cultish RINOism!!

So you can shove your picture and your RINOs where the sun don’t shine.

Sarah has more guts, talent, ability, patriotism, and sheer determination and love for America and our God-given Liberty than you and Romney and a thousand other RINOS will ever have!

It’s been more than obvious for several years that our pro-Life & Liberty Free Republic has become an embarrassment for you, so why the hell don’t you just take a fricken hike already!!

Shove it, pal.

GET THE HELL OFF FR if you don’t like it, but whatever you do quit your damn whining and pestering good conservative FReepers about your hatred for Sarah Palin!! It’s beyond sickening.

Fresh water breeding makes us tame?

*Shrugs*

Actually, I got the name by reading an April fools joke in the paper about researchers apologizing to the population at large for losing a bunch of specially bred fresh water sharks in Lake Michigan.

Why thank you. Gotchya on the patience thing..generally I would have chosen the route you did but this was a great thread and then he surfaced over and over and over...and my patience came to an end.

Hard to tell from that what lead up to that...

Whatever or maybe Jim was having a bad day - we all do I guess.

Hope this continues to be an open forum - this is the best one I know of.

If someone begins with a complaint, I like to take your route first normally. After the dozen or more replies he gave to fairly decent and nice comments, I figured there was no hope.

It's why the NRA gives such good training courses.........I failed my tonight.......and I strangely feel good about it....

At least you seem to have dropped the pretense that you aren’t trolling.

“Jim the Palin basher is a listener of Michael Savage”

That explains allot. Savage was trashing her on the very day McCain picked her, and he has never let up. These chronic Palin bashers we see post here, have such a vapid dislike for her and it did not start with the McCain endorsement, nor will it end with her next great speech at a TEA Party or standing room only town hall.

They sit there at their keyboards waiting like vultures for another opportunity to cast stones at Palin. And everyone of them jump in on a Palin Ping with as much enthusiasm as a Kamikaze with a Flat-Top off the port wing. I stopped listening to Savage long ago, when he joined the Democrats calling for the impeachment of George W Bush. It is amazing he has a conservative audience at all.

Lets see.....Sarah is President

If she had campaigned for McCain and he won she has untold influence on him to tow the line for her Presidency... a Sarah win!

If she had campaigned for McCain, and and he lost to JD Hayworth she has a meeting of like minds with JD to support her Conservative agenda. She gains an ally in JD because he is also a Conservative.....a Sarah win!

She only loses in the minds of people pushing for another candidate and hoping for a wedge issue to divide Palin supporters..... sound familiar to ya Jim?

I’ve read all of your comments on this thread and Sarah Palin isn’t the candidate for you because I think her endorsement of her former runningmate has fatally soured her for you, despite everything else she does on behalf of conservatives and the Tea Party movement, so I suggest that you merely move on and find another candidate of your choosing. You’ll have to mark off Ron Paul unless you think his endorsement of the traitor, Adam Kokesh in Mew Mexico, is not a deal breaker.

I don't even know what trolling is.

If that label, whatever it is, is your way of blocking honest criticism that you don't agree with, then apparently all you're looking for are people who agree with you, but that's not what an open forum is all about.

She is paying off a debt. When this is done Johnnie McInsane can go home to Arizona and sell beer.

The "Barracuda" has much more to do.

This is the first and only thing I’ve seen about Plain that I didn’t like and I’m not alone in having a problem with this. As far as my love and support for her, that remains to be seen. I’m waiting to see what happens next. I don't believe all Palin supporters or even the vast majority of them are so insecure and "all-or-nothing" in their thinking that they can't handle some legitimate criticism and concern, at least I hope not.

If instead of busy with McCain, she’d gone on a relentless nationwide against the Health Care Bill, I think her influence could have tipped the scales and she would have sealed her election.

I don't know. She towed the line for him in 2008 and he turned on her like a pit bull.

She has the degree of support that would have tipped the scales in this Health Care Bill thing if that was where her focus had been and I think she very well right there could have sealed her Presidency.

I don't get her debt to him though. She already supported him in 2008 and was they only thing that made him close to viable and he still turned on he later, as I've said, like a pit bull.

I wish "the Barracuda" had rather been focussed on defeating this Health Care Bill in the national forum. So be it. Hope for the best. Pray for her and our country.
